Coaching for Transformation and Fulfillment!
I'm glad you're visiting my site. If you've landed here, chances are you are looking
to change or improve your life in some way. I hope you find some helpful
information here about me and coaching that can assist you in making some
important decisions.
Are you trying to organize your life better? Do you have a sense of what needs
to be done but feel pulled in many directions and can’t manage to complete
what you set out to do? Perhaps things are going pretty good, but you still want
to improve your work and/or home life? Consider this—just as your car needs a
specialist to provide tune-ups to keep it running well, sometimes our lives
benefit from a specialist with objective feedback and suggestions so we can
lead higher functioning and more satisfied lives. A Life Coach can do just that!
Call Me Today!
You may be familiar with the old
advertising adage that says you must
read something at least seven times
before it becomes lodged in your
memory. There's a recent study that
found it takes about three months of
practicing a new behavior before it
becomes habit.
We've all had the experience of
trying something for a week or two
before we dismiss it as not working,
but enlisting the assistance of a
coach can help you restructure your
life to achieve your personal goals
while providing the ongoing support
needed to keep you on track and
moving forward.
Time really is running out. Every day
we have is a gift and it is up to us to
decide how we are going to
appreciate it. Are you going to keep
on moving through each day with the
same frustrations and dissatisfaction
or are you going to breath new life
into your routine?
Please feel free to contact me online
or by phone at 818-602-0900.
What Is Life Coaching?
The International Coaching Federation
(ICF), defines coaching as "an ongoing
partnership that helps clients produce
fulfilling results in their personal and
professional lives."
It's also an active collaboration process
between the client (you) and the
coach (me). This process involves a lot
of participation on your part. The
coaching commitment often involves:
- filling out self evaluations and
questionnaires
- completing writing tasks
- experimenting with new
behaviors
- making new commitments, and
- providing accountability.
A coach's questions are designed to be
thought provoking and challenging. My
intention is to help you discover what
works best for you and find ways to
implement these changes so you can
achieve your goals.
But a coach doesn't just challenge you,
they support you as well. As your
coach I will provide objective feedback
on your participation, help you
identify your strengths, brainstorm
along with you to stimulate creativity,
and hold you accountable in order to
stimulate motivation.
